Hello, my name is Andi; I’m a holistic healer, Cacao Ceremony Practitioner & Trainer, and a Graduate Homeopathic student.
After almost 15 years of working in a corporate environment in Ireland, I took a U-turn, and using 6 years of research, learning, and practice, I decided to restart my life and set up my own holistic healing practice and path and spread the word about the various alternative healing techniques.
Due to various health challenges in my family as well as in my own body, I went on a mission to find non-invasive solutions and approaches when it comes to my own and my family’s health. This is how I have come across various amazing techniques like homeopathy, ceremonial cacao, and sound-healing.
Using alternative healing techniques enabled me to tackle everyday challenges and stress situations with a calm, supportive approach while obtaining my own balance and happiness that I had created over the past years. My mental and gut health significantly improved since I have been on this journey.
During my Cacao Ceremonies, I serve two different types of cacao brew. Both of them are available for purchase too. One of them is from Mama Amor and the other is from the Springs farm. They are both extremely unique and very close to my heart as I visited both farms during my Cacao Practitioner course in Guatemalan Rain Forest.
I am so blessed that I can share and introduce this healing medicine in Ireland, as in addition to its super tasty and healing features, it also contains the love and care of the Mayan families who looked after this plant medicine and put their heart and soul into it.
Sound-bathing has been extremely popular due to its long-lasting healing effect. The sound vibration strengthens the immune system and supports the body’s healing function even days after a session. During the circle, we introduce the sound of Tibetan gong, various singing and crystal bowls, shamanic drums, ocean drums, chimes, rattles, and wind gong.
After a ceremony, you will feel more relaxed, refreshed, and filled with new energy and higher vibration, that will last for days if not even weeks.
