Our feet are the foundation for total body wellness. There is hardly a human movement that does not involve the feet. Foot pain can affect the function of the rest of the body, from the knees and hips to the pelvis and spine.
In this workshop, I would like to share some simple foot and leg stretches and strengthening exercises, instructions for good posture, and hopefully the joy of moving muscles that we didn’t know we had! The session will be done in sitting and standing, preferably without shoes.
Learn to strengthen and mobilize your feet and change the way you move your body, to prevent pain, heal your feet and halt damage to the rest of your body.
