Kelly has been a practitioner of Yoga for over 7 years and although relatively new to her teaching role, she is passionate to share her love of the yoga practice. “Yoga is a beautiful tradition, for both mind and body and can enrich your life, both on and off the mat.”
Kelly is a Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher and loves both the discipline of the Ashtanga practice and the freedom & fluidity of a Vinyasa style practice, binding breath with movement. She believes learning to utilize one's breath efficiently can bring about many health benefits. She sees movement as a form of medicine whilst also strongly believing that rest and relaxation are vital in our busy world.
Kelly’s classes are suitable for beginners to yoga all the way through to the advanced practitioner. She strongly considers Yoga Philosophy is still an integral part of the practice and applies the theories as part of her classes. Her main message... Yoga is for absolutely every-BODY.
