Join Shama Kaur for a transformative Kundalini yoga experience. Kundalini Yoga also referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’ is an avenue to Self-experience and expansion. It combines breathing techniques, active movement, deep relaxation, meditation, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilizing the repetition of sound). A total workout for the body, mind and spirit.
Shama’s class will focus on a set of exercises (kriya) to develop our own human courage to overcome our imagined disabilities helping us to break through perceived limitations and release us from our past. The class will end with a lovely relaxation followed by a sound bath.
