In his early thirties, Paddy experienced a radical shift in how he wanted to live his life. This marked the beginning of an intense inward journey of spiritual development. He left the world of business and devoted the next several years to develop his awareness through the practice of mindfulness and meditation and is honoured to include The Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh among his teachers and inspirations. In the years since, he has devoted himself to understanding and deepening this transformation.

At the heart of this is a very direct and accessible insight into how the development of awareness can ultimately bring us a deeper sense of contentment and happiness.
