I am a fully ITEC certified and professional Reflexologist. I also offer holistic massages such as facial rejuvenation, Indian head massage, shoulders, back, neck and lower legs massage. As a registered member of the Irish Reflexologist’ Institute, my reflexology treatments are recognised and covered by the health insurers Irish Life, Laya Health Care and VHI. As your feet and hands are mapping your whole body, with Reflexology, I can connect to all of the body's systems in order to improve the physical and mental condition of my clients. By applying specific types of pressure and massage all over the feet and hands, I seek to stimulate or sedate all of the body’s systems, organs, hormonal glands and tissues to bring them back into balance.
