Siobhán Daffy ISHom Dip Kin is a natural health practitioner, poet, author, and teacher. She runs Dynamic Woman Natural Health Practice in the Dublin mountains and online for clients worldwide.
Siobhán is a classical homeopath and kinesiologist specialising in women’s wellbeing during times of hormonal transition. She has a deep interest in women’s holistic health from pre and post-natal through peri-menopause and menopause. She runs educational and empowering courses and events to support the peri-menopause journey.
Siobhán is a percussionist, author, and spoken word poet with a love for the creative fire. She has trained with many inspiring teachers in the field of voice, rhythm, and human dynamics. Her CD Horses Hooves was released in 2016 and her children’s book No Ordinary Joe, inspired by her experience growing up with a brother with special needs, in 2021. She has worked extensively in the creative arts with women, young people, and community groups.
Her interests overlap in her courses and events which combine healing, emotional wellbeing, voice, creativity, and energy work.
