1) Vegan beef-style 1/4 lb burger with Irish red cabbage coleslaw, organic wildflower salad, gherkins, fried onions and juicy beef tomato. Served on a fresh baked local floury bap.
2) Rosemary and red onion sausage, with fried onions and apple sauce, served on an Irish, wholegrain, multiseed bun.
3) Pork-style sausages in a freshly baked French baguette/floury bap with fried onions and a choice of sauces (typically ketchup & mustard).
4) Vegan black bean brownies and flapjacks
5) Selection of healthy chilled drinks and infused waters
NB - our burger is gluten-free and is served without the bun, but with extra salads, 'slaw etc for celiacs.
All of our packagings are recyclable or biodegradable (vegware containers/cardboard/glass).
