My “Yoga for Absolute Beginners” classes are suitable for both men and women who have never done Yoga before but would love to discover the myriad of benefits it has to offer.
For this class, you don't need to wear anything special, just something you can move freely in.
You don't need to know any Sanskrit words or any Yoga buzz words in English.
You also don't have to be able to touch your toes or have any other kind of flexibility.
During this class, we move on our own terms at a slower and more personalised pace. We will move more mindfully, working on increasing joint mobility and flexibility, practising how to be calmer and how to enjoy quietude and stillness of mind and body. Embrace the wonder that is your body.
