This Hatha Yoga Flow is rooted in the Sivananda Yoga approach, in which the practice consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga poses), and relaxation (savasana). The sequence aims to create a good balance between effort and ease leading to improved physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

This class is an opportunity to connect to your body, reconnect with your breath and restore your energy through the wisdom and science of yoga.
