Do you know that our thoughts have a tremendous impact on our reality? The way we think also has a big impact on our health and well-being. The issue is that very often we just feel trapped in negative thinking patterns because we got used to thinking that way. It is not so easy just to switch to positive thinking especially when some mishaps and troubles happen.
In this workshop, we will learn how our mind works, find ways how to get out of the trap of the negative thinking loop, and also do a short meditation to get your mind in a positive state.
